HUR Australia is exhibiting at the Age Well Adelaide Expo 1st October 2019
Held during the internationally celebrated Active Ageing Week, the Age Well Adelaide Expo is an opportunity to connect with like-minded people, hear from a range of amazing guest speakers, and learn about ways to stay active, healthy and well at all ages.
The keynote speaker, Gardening Australia's Sophie Thomson, will inspire all with her enthusiasm for nature. She’s known for her resilience, environmental outlook, vitality and love of sustainable gardening. Sophie will share her wealth of information and perhaps a few tips and tricks so you can help your garden thrive!
In addition to Sophie, hear from a range of guest speakers and experts on topics such as fitness and strength, healthy eating and cooking, promoting positive wellbeing and how to protect your privacy and safety online.
Age Well Adelaide also features an expo, where you will have direct access to 25 suppliers, organisations and service providers in a variety of fields, from allied health, exercise and outdoor activities to finance and future planning. Plus there will be live entertainment and a delicious morning tea and lunch - all included in the ticket price.
