WEBINAR - HUR Senso: Strenghten The Body and Mind Connection Through Simultaneous Physical and Cognitive Exercise
Cognitive training, especially Dual-Task exercise combining physical and cognitive function, has been widely researched in the past years.
The results show the positive impacts on functional capacity, with some authors suggesting that dual-task training may be effective in reducing the progression of age-related cognitive decline and improving physical fitness as well as quality of life in healthy older adults.
A few years ago, HUR teamed up with SENSO Dividat to include cognition in the training modalities offered.
The continuous development of testing and training programs, targeting different areas of neuro-cognitive function, as well as falls prevention with training programs for both balance and reaction time, make the SENSO platform an important training device for all.
HUR Solutions in Singapore is hosting a webinar on the training principles of SENSO, with the co-founder of Dividat, Dr. Eva van het Reve as a guest speaker.
Dr van het Reve discusses her journey, studies and ongoing research in developing SENSO training programs that help weaken the symptoms of dementia and implement a standardized assessment tool to measure functions that may assist in early detection of cognitive changes (e.g. in executive functions, attention or memory). The webinar,
HUR SENSO: STRENGTHEN THE BODY AND MIND CONNECTION THROUGH SIMULTANEOUS PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE EXERCISE
will be held on 17th August 2021 | Tuesday | 6PM-7PM (AEST)
